Throughout the last six months, our team met at least once or twice a week for 30-40 minutes during lunch to discuss plans for ongoing and future projects in our advisor's classroom. We coordinated and delegated tasks to people who had similar tasks to their job role in the group, and we had support from our advisor, Ms. Davis, in developing all of these events. We created a board to help delegate tasks, including a secretary, event coordinator, and fundraising commissioner. When there were times where it was hard to meet, we would adjust our meetings and meet after school or have extra meetings the following week. In addition to in-person meetings, we kept up through a group conversation on Facebook Messenger for updates on our project. There were also several subgroup chats for the website, video, budget, and main events.
